I have the first request of cancelling from my customer the first time so now im a little bit confused!
Because that order is still waiting for me to be shipped. I only got a request message from my customer. Will it take time for Etsy to cancel it or i have to do something about it?
Will it be automatically or what?
Will i have to send back money for my customer or it will be auto too?
