Hi Amanda and Team Members!
I am a member of PETA, Humane Society locally and Internationally, Enviornmental Defense Fund, SPCA, support saving the bees, and several others but my heart goes out to HALO Animal Rescue who work with the local animal pound to rescue animals who are scheduled for euthanasia. They have a wonderful thrift shop that I donate my nicer things to. I designed, and sold St a Francis necklaces and happily was able to donate over $100 but I want to try something new. I feel I've neglected to work on my Etsy shop for the past few months due to some health issues. Thanks for keeping in touch Amanda. I hope everyone is doing well at this worthwhile endeavor. I'd appreciate ideas from my other team members.

Amanda, I just checked out your shop and I think you have some really great items. You are amazing, given your busy schedule! I wanted to add that my daughter and I have 4 cats, all strays or shelter babies. I wouldn't want to live in a world without animals.

Luliboos Britches, designer dog britches and belly bands on etsy.com, has just gone into "league" with Little League Rescue and Sanctuary@LittleLeagueRescue, and is providing without charge to those in need, product as a thanks for their excellent and committed work. Why don't we all unite behind the rescue of our choice and provide much needed donations. At the minimum, kind words of support for their work and services.

Hi Amanda and team. I am a Dog artist and I donate my dog prints and dog coloring books to only Non-profit Dog programs. I make annual donations of my books, etc. to incredabull.org (They are a foundation that provides food and a spay/neuter program to those who need assistance in the Las Vegas, NV area.) I pretty much donate all over the country as requests come in. Dogs are my passion and anything I can do with my art to support them...I do it. The organizations I donate to then sell my coloring books and/or prints in their fundraisers throughout the year. I just donated several books and prints to the Cane Corso Foundation in Ohio.

Nava - I will message you too, but to answer your question:

This team welcomes any shop that donates any of its items to any animal charity - any % donated and any % of the items in your shop.

Even if you don't regularly have items listed in the shop that benefit animal rescue/ welfare, but do things like an annual fundraiser, help raise awareness for animal rights, etc, we welcome you here!

I run a small animal rescue/sanctuary in the East Riding of Yorkshire. We provide homes to hedgehogs, rabbits, cats, dogs, and small furries. In addition we are looking for some land to allow us to rescue some 'farm' animals.
Most of our animals are quite elderly, the ones that are so often over looked.
I'd be grateful if you could visit the shop and give me some suggestions, as I'm new to all this.

I foster dogs for 2 different rescues.
I opened my shop to help fund my time at home with the dogs.
I will also be creating some listings that give back to the rescues I work with.

Hi I'm Tammy, from Apple Tree Animal Santuary. We are located in Southern IN. We are a privately funded animal rescue group that works with local animals that have no other option for placement. We only take those animals that we know will be put to death if they aren't rescued from their situation.
I use the funds generated from all of sales of my shops pet section to help support this rescue.
We know that we can't save them all. but do our best to save as many as we can.:)

I've been an rescue foster in the past and adopted my foster dog Buster earlier this year (shown here!). I also adopted my kitty Muffin from a rescue organization. I donate funds regularly to animal rescue organizations, and I recently designed a graphic for an animal fundraising campaign. Earlier this year, I donated cards to a Great Dane organization for a fundraising auction. Nice to meet you all. Thank you for all you do for our fur-family members!!!

You probably know this but I will paste it here to explain how I help animals.

It's possible to save stray cats and wild ones !

One day I saw 7-8 cats lying down in the sun. It was at the end of October 2013. Each day I returned there. A few times a day. And with many hours, days, months, years... and other people many cats were save. I did catch the cat with a trap cage. I have a few now. Of course they don't stay in my way when I am walking in the house but they are happy and secure. We can save cats, stray cats and wild ones ! Just have to respect the fact if they were born outside from a wild mother the kitten could be also wild a bit but they are learning each day what is the life Inside a house. And it's true that the male is an important fact if the kitten will be more wild or not. I have seen it with the same mother but the male were more feral.

hi !!!! We just joined this team and we hope we are welcome here, as a etsy shop dedicated to raising funds for rescuing animals out of the horrific dog AND cat meat trade. Yes dogs and cats are eaten in many countries of the world. We have another fundraiser site on another platform - it did so well we decided to expand to Etsy.

Hi I am Chris and my shop is GoldenEarrings.

I sell lovely brass stampings but the whole first section of my shop is for animal rescue. I make jewelry which I sell and donate to one of the shelters near here. I also love to donate the items to a fundraiser if I can find one that is coming up. I buy sterling silver charms in bulk and put them on silver chains or keychains or beautiful black leatheroid bracelets. Leatheroid is initation leather. I use no animal products.

I adore animals and will do anything for them. I would love it if some of you would check out my rescue section of my shop. Go here to have a look. :)

All my dogs have been rescues. I am a long time animal shelter volunteer. I am a dog trainer and I eventually want to start my own animal rescue and rehab facility.

I have been an adoption coordinator for Lucky Dog Animal Rescue now for over a year. It started with transporting and handling dogs at adoption events. Then on to fostering, helping with data entry and then finally adoption coordinating. We bring dogs up from the south, mainly South Carolina from high kill shelters. We have been making many flights to Puerto Rico as well since the hurricane. We manage to get about 50 dogs and cats adopted every weekend! It is now my passion. I like to raise money for rescues by making and donating my pillows and quilts.

CSRNE is also celebrating 31 years of being able to save hundreds of lives and place these wonderful dogs in happy and loving forever homes. CSRNE is the oldest rescue in New England having been established in 1987. Fundraising is this rescue’s only source of income. That is why events such as these are so critical!

Since 1987, our mission has been to find permanent, loving homes for the many unwanted or abandoned cockers that come to us each year. Many require extensive medical attention (tumors, infections, heartworm disease, and broken bones) before they can be adopted. CSRNE strives to never turn away a cocker spaniel because of advanced age or health issues. But because of this never-ending need, plus daily kenneling charges, funding is critical. Private donations and fundraisers are our only sources of income. CSRNE has been able to save hundreds of dogs from neglectful and abusive situations and give them a well-deserved "second chance" with families who love them.

Rescue work is very expensive. There are veterinary bills, emergency visits and surgeries. Each dog is spayed or neutered and must be up to date with all vaccines before we rehome them. Because we don't own a kennel boarding, grooming and feeding the rescued dogs is costly.

ALL donations are tax deductible and may be mailed to my address below. CSRNE is a federally exempt, 501(c) (3) organization, #02-0472694.
