hello Jen,

if you want to promote by yourself only then you should put your site description in about 50 yellow pages directory which are free. You should keep the description different for every yellow page website because if you just copy and paste the same description in more than one yellow pages website then the search engines will mark you as spam.

If you can spend about 50 dollars per month for doing SEO then their are many firms who can do your separate SEO. If you have question message me.
