I've only ever heard of MailChimp, but how do you guys make yours if you have one already?

I have one two.. have only sent out two newsletters so far.. have the next one ready to send out next week..

I have been thinking about starting one. If anyone has any good ideas on how to start one Im all ears. In the mean time I will begin subscribing to fellow members newsletters to get some ideas.
