So I had an order and sent the wrong size to the customer. I'm making the metal artwork they ordered the right size. Is there a way through etsy that the customer can send back the one I sent her without it coasting them shipping cost? Or is there a way for me to do a return shipping by sending the customer a prepaid box so they can return the wrong size item?
