No, I haven't had a HG item taken down but would be curious to know what would prompt an item to be deactivated.

Without using logos, you can make Hunger Games "Inspired" items. I don't think that counts as copyright infringement.

1st - Adam Z, is that Nibbler?!?! Love it!

2nd - I'm so confused when it comes to copyright stuff. Like I'm using a TARDIS in my banner and avatar but I'm not selling any of my designs with any copyrighted images. I purchase the things I can't make myself and make sure they are available for commercial use. The whole copyright thing is a really grey area for me. I see so many things that look like they could be infringing but I dunno.

A seller on the Harry Potter team was talking about this. She said that her shop was shut down by Etsy because she was selling "Harry Potter Inspired" stuff.
