Is anyone else awaiting their first sale?

I have had my shop open since February, and it has recently been getting a lot of attention. But still, no first sale. Anyone else in a similar situation?

I was opened on May 31, even got one sale but I don't know why I can not increase my sales. I will very appreciate if anyone can give some great idea.

To be totally honest I think etsy is over catered for with jewellery, and I don't know what the shops that do sell do to sell. It seems that you have to have fab photos, yet I see stors selling far more than me with terrile photos, so how does that work?
I have found that more items helps. I am working towards having 100+, but it is so time consuming!! Lots of people that have offered help have always said that 100 seems to be the magic number!
I am unsure how much all the promotion work that teams do helps, but you have to do something!!
