A BNR (buy and replace) is a treasury of sorts where a curator makes a treasury of items from different shops. S/he then lets the shops know they are featured. Each shop promotes the BNR. When someone buys from their shop ( an amount that has to be bought is set by the curator)the buyer gets to replace the bought item with an item from their own shop. I have never run one, only been featured so I don't know all of the rules, but that is the general idea. If the link didn't work it is probably because that BNR is closed. The curator determines how long to run it. Some will run it a few hours a day as long as there is acitvity and others run them all day for one or two days. The curator has to be in the shop for most part the whole time because s/he determines whether a buyer can buy. At least that is my understanding. Hope this helps.
