For Etsy SEO I use Etsyrank.com and after I recently made all of my listings in my Wedding Signs Section "A" listings I saw a dramatic increase in sales. I highly recommend it. They've also recently improved their keyword search section to show you the competition, demand and engagement for each keyword phrase. It's a great way to vet your tags and be sure you're using ones that are specific enough that you'll appear in search results but not so specific nobody is searching it. In my opinion it's a must use site in a successful Etsy shop's toolbox.
