Good Morning members! I hope you check out the threads! I would love to have you all sign up for our team Bns and it can't hurt to try. If it flops it is a free spot and no money lost for you.

If anyone is interested in role of leader I am looking for someone who can be in the team every week. Help promote our team BNR/BNS and invite new etsians to join our team.

Good Morning All,

Julia, I would like to volunteer to be a leader, but as of now, I am swamped w/ too many projects in the works and my full time job on top of it. I am particapting in a scavenger hunt in a week, a scanvenger hunt in July and also an auction in July. On top of all this, I travel for my job and my dog, Brian, has an ear infection w/ meds several times a day. Plus the weather is finally breaking here and my yard is in dire need of attention.

I could take on a minor role at this time, and after July, be more involved. Please convo me if you would like me to start anything now.

Yes I have to work long hours on Sunday and will spend the evening with my Mom so I won't be here on Mother's day. The only day I will not be in the team is on a holiday or if I am sick.

As you can see I made Sue a leader and I know she will be a great leader but since she will be busy if anyone else would like to be a leader convo me. I know we are small but the next leader must be able to invite members everyweek! I want this team to grow fast. I know from experience about 10% will participate.
I want at least 50 active members so I need 500 members.

Okay all leader roles are filled. I think we have a great bunch of members and leaders to help me with the team. Members are equally important I just need a few leader to help me invite members and promote things like are team BNS that is going to be a floating BNR to BNS.

How it will got is when I have time to do a BNR whoever is currently in the BNS will be featured and when the BNR is ove it will go back to a BNS etc. I don't think anyone has done this before but I think it is a good idea. The BNS will move slow and the BNR will help speed up sales.

I think I mentioned this before but my idea is to change the team Avi for the coming Holiday. Of coures when I put Christmas maybe you celebrate another holiday like Hanukkah. The currant one is for the fourth of July fireworks. I didn't want to do something too red, white and blue because we will have members from other countries too.

We promote everything her now just holiday but now I have a thread for promotic patriotic holidays. I will start a Halloween one in July. I know that is early but the dollar trees start in July so why not? Joannes start autumn in August. So I will start and Autumn one and Thanksgiving in that month.

I decorate for thanksgiving so Christmas goes up Black fideay?
When do you think we should start Christmas? Do you think we should do CHristmas is July?

Holdiays are so great - and the retailers have been pushing the start of holidays back year after year to generate more business - so why can't we?
A Christmas in July event would be great - start in July and continue it for every month - 1 wk a month - offer a percentage discount one month, a donation to charity the next month, maybe do a game 1 month w/ prizes, - promoting it across all the social medias,

Let's put our best foot forward and start the process - we have great members who have good ideas and suggestions -

So many teams like artist for animals and people doing animal charities and as much as I love animals and do not want to see them mistreated it seems more and more worry about animals and what happened to Human charities? I think most of us around Christmas give to charity and was wondering if everyone would go along with St Judes Hospital.

I really like the charity BNR idea. The thing is we would just have to trust that everyone in the BNR would give the proceeds to St Judes Hospital. We could find out what other favorite charities the team likes!

I think Christmas in July is great. Where we are called Holiday Addicts is it possible to separate the listings by holiday and that way all holidays would be represented all of the time and then promote to others that they can always find a holiday item any time of the year. Promote shop early.

Judy I have list your new or old listing that can be anything. I created a thread for listing patriotic stufff since all the patriotic holiday are coming up!

I will be doing appropriate thread when the time comes. I think it is too early for other holidays. But I see your point!

You see Christmas shops open year round so if people actually go to Christmas shops year round Maybe I should start listing my Christmas in my shop soon. You never know!

This is off topic, but I need some input. I'm thinking of changing my avatar to better reflect celebrations of all sorts, but I'm not sure. I don't JUST do stuff for weddings. What do you think, and do any of you have ideas for what might work?
