Right now it's tough because I still have a 40 hour a week job outside the home (oh to have those 40 hours for my Etsy business!). My question is not so much as to how you balance life in general because if you work outside the home and are trying to get your business started, the scales are always tilted in the same direction.
My question is.....how do you balance your promoting along with your creating. That is where I'm having the problem. Sometimes I think I spend more time promoting than creating and I don't feel that is right. But on the other hand, when you are so new and fresh out there, you must really promote or you won't even get off the ground.
I've tried Twitter and Facebook and I keep getting lost and that gives me way too much to do. I've narrowed it down to my blog sherscreativespace.blogspot.com/ to use as my "business card." I love the blogging and I love to visit other blogs but at the same time, I find that very time consuming as well.
How do you balance it? I'm taking advice!!! Help!!!
