When I went to your shop and looked at your items I had no idea what they were.
On your titles you need to say what it is first, such as Handmade Hair Clip, then size, then color. Look at the Google preview when you are listing or editing and make sure all those things show up in the box. That is how people find you on Google.
If you click on Info & Appearance you see the space for your Shop Announcement. Put search words there, such as Handmade Hair Clips, Hair Accessories, etc. Then put any info about your shop after that, such as quality, materials, whatever. It's the first sentence or so that the search engines pick up so don't say Welcome or have any info there unless it's words people might use to search for your items.
Also if you look at Shop Title it should say what your shop contains, such as Handmade Hair Clips, Hair Accessories, etc. because those words are used by search engines also. They are not going to let you put in that many words so you will have to choose what you think is most important.
You want words there that people use to find your items. You can look at other shops for ideas too. I think your photos and tags are good. I can't see your avatar very well and don't know what it is. I think you should pick one of your hair clips that looks good in a tiny photo and use that.
I didn't look at your Policies but be sure you have that filled out. It saves problems later with customers to have everything spelled out. Look at other shops policies for ideas.
