Hi Samantha, from a fellow Etsy newbie, I just wanted to say don't get discouraged...sales will come!
When I opened my shop three weeks ago, I was so nervous that I would never get a sale and then all of a sudden, I got my first sale, then another only a couple of days later.
Your items are beautiful! I did notice though that you aren't using many tags on your items. Try adding a few more tags that you think your potential customers would search for. For example, your Beaded Blue and Red Bracelet only has the tags "Jewelry", "Bracelet" and "Beaded"...try adding something like "Beaded Blue Bracelet", "Beaded Red Bracelet", "Blue and Red Jewelry", etc. and see if that helps :)
