Hey everyone! I've had my Etsy account for a while, but I've just recently started trying to really sell my items. Could anyone give me input on my shop, policies, etc?? I'm only a college student who does this in my free time, but I really would love to get my art out there!

Hi Lauren! I also have just opened my shop, but I do have a few suggestions.

Your shop needs a banner and a profile.

I've read on other posts that it's helpful to have a picture of one of your items for your avatar so that when you post others can see what you are selling.

You mentioned the texture of your painting...how about adding more pictures to show that texture in a closeup shot(s).

Add more items.

Hi Lauren and welcome! Your art work is super nice. First of all, I would add a banner, add policies and build up your inventory. Perhaps you could join a Art team and social media.
