Re: Ideas for promoting your shop

I post all of my listing on Facebook so all my friends can see it! I started a little over a month ago and have 12 sales...

I also post to a separate facebook page, my twitter and tumblr, as well as the Etsy forums. I'm not sure how much all of these things help me get sales, but they definitely up my item views.

Hope that helped!

Re: Ideas for promoting your shop

I've had no sales as of yet and not very many views. I posted my first item on May 31st. I live in a city that's not too big on handmade stuff and not very many little fairs or places to promote around town (that I have discovered) I just post some ad's on facebook to see how that goes.

Good Luck with everyone!!!

Be sure to post ideas so we can all share and bounce ideas off each other :)

facebook is a big thing, joining different etsy teams is great too--so you can post you new items on different forums :)
