IS ANYONE THERE TO ANSWER A QUESTION?

I've posted two questions with no responses so honestly, I'm almost ready to give up but I'll give it another try.

How in the world does anyone make any money on Etsy with free shipping when often the cost for some wreaths for example are the same cost as that of shipping?

It makes no sense and I don't know how to lower my costs. I've used smaller boxes when I can but FedEx, USPS, UPS rates all seem pretty much the same and high.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
