Facebook Pages?

Hi Everyone,

I'm new(ish) to Etsy, and trying for the first time to really promote. I just opened a September Wren Facebook page, but I've found I need 25 fans to have a tidy facebook.com/septemberwren address. I want this for my business cards, but I'm not ready to tell friends and family about my site just yet. So, for now I am -

Oh, and just thought about the fact that any newbies at Facebook might not know this but if you like the page with your business page and not your personal page, it will not count in the "like" numbers.

Be sure to return "likes" from your personal page!

Also, you all may want to sign up at The Craft Show. It is a facebook site for promoting your business. http://www.facebook.com/?ref=home#!/thecraftshow . I got 170+ extra "likes" just by participating there. You can also join Fan Page Promote http://www.facebook.com/?ref=home#!/fanpagepromote There are many sites for promoting your facebook page... etsy has several like: Etsy Success and others. Just make sure you follow the rules to participate.

I clicked "like", Mystic! I did notice that when I refreshed it still said you have the same number of "likes" though. I did use my personal page though so maybe it'll just take a few minutes to register. Best of Luck to you!
