I would go with the more colorful half. Blue, especially the shades of blue in your banner, is a serene color. While it does look beautiful, the other half is vibrant and much more upbeat. From what I saw of your items, you should go with the energetic option; it will suit the feel of your shop better.
Unless, of course, you meant to go for something calmer. If you did, go with the blue. It just depends on what you want. =)
