needle in a haystack

with my new found knowledge of about 1,000,000 known shops on etsy, what is a shop to do like mine to stand out, how can i become a actual seller instead of the most FAVORITED item owner.
i feel like it's more costly at this point than a profit
... what to do?

it seems like you have the kind of lightweight cheap stuff that seems to be successful on etsy. I would stick with it and add some more items. Your pictures are good too. I think my shop is the kind that won't make it, cause I have quality well made pieces that are more expensive. I just opened my shop though, so I will give it a shot at least. Good luck.
