I find that customers that are a pain in the beginning, end up being a nightmare. Its better to just let them go. Sometimes getting an order isn't worth the problems you have to deal with later. My friends husband got an order from someone that was asking for so much from the beginning. She told him to just tell him no discount and get rid of him. He gave him the discount anyway and shipped out the order. The customer ended up giving him his old address by mistake and the item ended up coming back. The customer didn't want to pay to send it again so the order ended up being cancelled. So it all that work was for nothing. He should have listened to his wife. ..lol
