when you see a reseller on heartsy, do go ahead and let them know and give them the proof.

if someone doesn't do that, the reseller may be featured. heartsy wants to know.

unless they are given proof that the person is a reseller, they will work with them.
they don't seem to be doing any homework on their own :(.
if you buy a deal on heartsy and when you get your order realize that it was a reseller you purchased from, also give heartsy the proof and let them know asap, so they will not work with that seller again.

You know, eventually people are going to get the idea that Heartsy is not about a great chance to be introduced to quality handmade items, but more about getting cheap stuff.

Because that's what the resellers are selling - cheap stuff.

Think about it - they don't have to spend the money on ingredients, or even packaging in some instances. Of course they can afford to give the deep discounts that Heartsy requires. They're buying their stuff at wholesale prices.

Maybe that's why there have been so many lately

AprilMarie, thanks for the info. Thanks to you, I discovered that I did buy soap from a reseller through Heartsy.

In a way, I'm glad...it was my first "handmade" soap purchase, and I was so disappointed that I didn't "get" the whole handmade soap thing. It burned and left my skin feeling dry. Now I know the real reason why! (And the soap I bought from Swan is a world apart!)
