This was a major pain in the you know what.
We just finished our second deal, I go to transfer the money and nope! can't do it for 48 hours. No note from heartsy telling me they changed their policies, no amendment to our contract just the inability to transfer the money for the stack of orders sitting on my desk.
I honestly have never been so freaked out in the 3 years of running this business. As the orders came in I had been telling my customers that their seeds would ship the next day ( I had help and was organized) and then suddenly I was a great big liar.
After 24 hours of not being able to contact heartsy they finally called me.
It totally delayed shipping (by 3 days because the 48 hours was up at 8pm on a Tuesday), almost gave me a heart attack ( I was starting to think they had just disappeared over night the lack of communication was so bad), I had to pay my helpers from my personal account, and caused a bunch of other grief.
If only they had told me, I would have had a great experience.
