You can tell I am sorta new.

I got 70 votes and now into stage 3; what does that mean, really? Is it a good chance I get in or can still be turned down? thanks for your understanding about my first post. lol. I will get it together. thanks

hi! It depends on what your buyer percentages are. If they're above average you have a better chance of getting featured. best of luck to you!! :)

It also doesn't guarantee you'll be featured until they send you an approval/ decline email. If you're approved you'll be at Step 4

You can expect to sit in step 3 for a loooooong time. I think in another thread people mentioned that the listed wait time isn't static anymore, but I also read that the number was moving up rather than down so I'm not sure how accurate that is. I think that you expect to sit in step 3 for 15-30 days, on average. During that time you will continue to get voted on.

@THEARTTOBEYOURS- While it is exciting to move into stage three, it does not mean that you will get accepted =/ So don't get your hopes up just yet! Expect your number of votes to double, because people can still vote on it, they also say they pass it around internally to be voted on too.
The first time i submitted, my percentages were above the average deal submitted but like a percentage or two lower than the average deal featured... and they denied me.
I've found that lately... if your deal has at least a 33% yes vote.. then you will most likely be featured. (You can see this by clicking deals i'm watching... it gives you a total number of votes for that shop... and then if you click on that shop (knowing that it was already featured).. it will show you how many yes votes in total they got. did i lose ya? hah)

As SUGARPLUSSPICE said... expect to wait awhile in stage 3 before hearing anything back, it took almost 20 days the first time I submitted... I've been in stage 3 for a week now and still waiting.

Good luck!!!!!

Re: You can tell I am sorta new.

Boy, are you guys helpful. thank you. But I am confused about something. the more votes I get, the more my "buyers" percentages decreased. As I watched my votes increase, my percentage decreased from 19 percent yes and ultimately to 15 percent. I know that's low, but I don't understand the math. can someone elaborate. Does it still count for people to continue voting now? thanks.

i just love how math oriented we all are about this - it gives me hope that I am not alone in my nerdiness! lol
but yes, I agree with adelynstone about the percentages.

ThisArtToBeYours - I think they put more weight on the votes from "buyers" from what I've heard. They must have some kind of algorithm that keeps track of who has purchased several deals and then the system watches what they vote on. I believe this is probably so that you can't fix the voting by just having everyone you know go vote for you - it has to be actual shoppers.
