OK I have a real dumb questions - how do you mark "paid" after you send shipping notification?

Well right now Etsy allows you to send shipping notification after you mark your order "Shipped", which is great. Saves me a lot of time sending tracking number to the customers.

But I'm stupid enough not to mark the order "paid with other". Doh.

Now I can't go back and mark it unshipped because I already sent the shipping notification.

And those orders stay in your "open order" list.

I must have some OCD that I hate to see my open order list growing longer and longer.

Does anyone know how to change that?
