I'm the feature today..on a SUNDAY too, and I'll already swamped with emails, orders plus regular orders. Any tips on how you handled this, and it doesn't help they told me at nine last night! No preparation. I've got an email about wholesale too. How did you do this?! Help!

Honestly, I'm still working on it. I was swamped with orders and convo's, renewing items, sending invoices, packing orders, it was quite a ride. Mine was up for 3 days!

My suggestion is, take a deep breath, and then prioritise what needs to be done first. Write it down on a piece of paper and then you'll at least feel more in control.

I think if I were going back and forth in the emails getting "close" to a deal, I'd probably start making extras of my popular items first.

Get supplies, shipping stuff checked, call in sick to the day job (lol), - oh and I'd probably update my shipping policies first to say "I ship in 2-3 days" instead of same/next like I normally do now.

After that it's just one and a time!

Just keep plugging along! I am still not caught up 5 days later. I just tell myself...one step at a time..lol
