How much should I offer?

I got accepted to Heartsy again, and have no idea what to offer! Do you think the lower priced or the higher priced deals on Heartsy are more popular? Like 9 for 20 versus 50 for 100. Personally, I don't think I would spend $50 on a deal no matter how much money I saved, but I don't know about the majority of the buyers..... Or do you think it is based on the percentage off?

Re: How much should I offer?

My first deal was for a higher amount than my second deal (which was 16 for 34). I sold MANY more vouchers with the lower priced 2nd deal. Granted, the first was in March when Heartsy was still rather new, so there wasn't the customer base there is now. I'd go with a lower voucher price :-)

I have nothing to say except WHATEVER YOUR DEAL IS, I WILL BUY IT*

*Unless I am flat broke. But seriously. I'm in love with your rings.

OP- ). I think that people would rather spend 50 for 100 rather than 9 for 20... 9 for 20 looks better at first glance, but after looking at your shop, i think the higher price would do best.

Re: How much should I offer?

When I did my first deal, I had $21 for $50 and sold 62 vouchers, and when I did my most recently deal, I had $12 for $28 and sold 102 vouchers.. When I asked the Heartsy staff if I could do the same $21 for $50 deal I had done the first time, they said that typically the lower priced deals sell more, but.... if you sell 60 vouchers at $9 for $20, you make $540 but if you sell 20 vouchers at $50 for $100 you make $1000. So you have to think about how much you want up front, and how much you might lose at having such a higher voucher. The problem with me having higher vouchers is that people stack up on the little things that make an order have 5-15 items which can really hurt you.. I'd do whatever voucher is closer to the most common price of items in your shop :)

Re: How much should I offer?

i've done two heartsy deals, both of them $18 for $40.

the first time, months ago, i sold 95 vouchers.
the second time, last month, i sold 113 vouchers.

the second time was an additional $10 to VIP's and those VIP sales made up close to 75% of my voucher sales.

after having been through it, if i ever decided to do another deal, it would be $22 for $50 for VIP only.

your price point is higher than mine, though. maybe you could do something like $28 for $60 and that would encourage people to spend over the voucher amount a bit?

Re: How much should I offer?

Higher priced deals sell well too.. my first was $80 for $200 of store credit and I sold 46 vouchers, the second was $85/200 (or $210 for vips) and I sold 40. I didn't offer more vouchers though as I can't really handle a very high volume. Your store is amazing and I agree that you should put the buy-in higher as most items in your store cost more. Good luck!
