I searched but couldn't find any threads on this one. So I apologize in advance if this one has been beaten to death. ;)

Anyone looked into Groop Dealz ( http://www.groopdealz.com/index/index-alldeals). They don't necessarily cater to handmade items/shops, but they it appears that shops can either offer a discounted certificate or a product at a discount.
Wondering if anyone had any experience contacting them, negotiating a deal, etc.

11th Avenue, DBA GroopDealz.com has sued my husband personally and our sister company Group Dealz LLC that we just started recently to bring a fairness and integrity on all fronts to the Group Deals market as that has been where we have been focusing for some time.

You can read more here:
www.facebook.com/groupdealz

To me, it shows a lot when the owner of a company who has many scam rip off reports all over the internet, not just from consumers but vendors it seems they let sell on their site only to copy their brand in China and leave the vendor in the dust - when the owner fears healthy competition and just sues to get his way. Poorly done in my view - as he is suing and attacking me and my children by suing my husband.

I agree with the opinions of this thread, just do a google search. We take pride in resolving any issue with any customer we have (try a google search with any of our brand names, or personal names and you will find nothing, because people matter to us and as life to us is about people and relationships, but it seems to me in my humble opinion, that life is about profit over people to this CEO and COO who in my opinion are acting like bullies.

BBB rating as of today for GroopDealz, an F! Has been since they sued us almost a month ago.

Search the CEO's name, and scam reports are a-plenty. I am fine with one making a business and a profit, but my husband cares about people, and even reached out in a phone call to work it out and although it was last on our list, we offered to sell them the domain name we bought from the market, and were sued for attempting to use, but were told that our domain was theirs in the phone call and they simply want it (and have asked a federal court to force us to give it to them).

This is not about attacking this CEO and his business, but bringing to light the personality of the CEO and his company. Our society needs more integrity in business owners - like my husband - less of the bullies like this CEO has been to us and it seems many others out there according to some online searches.

Poor company policies come from poor owner management. Buyer and esp. Brand owner and vendors beware.
