How long did you have to wait between the "We'd like to feature you" email and the follow up - discussing the details email?

depends on their mood and if you get lost in the system. However, if they have told you that they would like to feature you and you just need to work out a deal, it usually takes 2-3 days. If it has been longer I would go on the live chat with them.

tesorojewelry - when you say "the "we'd like to feature you" email" do you mean the one that comes right after the voting period or one after they actually review your store and want to move to the next step?

It came right after the voting period with this in it "Congratulations! We would love to consider you as a featured artisan, and we plan to review your submission & follow up with you shortly." I just realized it's not the "we'd like to feature you" email but the "we're considering you" email lol. In my heartsy account, it says I'm past step 3 and "should now be in contact with a representative" about a deal so ... I'm confused

Hmmm. Sounds like you definitely should have heard from them. I would email them and find out what's up.

It recently took me 3 months and I had to contact them. I had asked several times in the meantime but the last time I contacted them they finally emailed me to work out a deal as a result. That was about 2 weeks ago.
