Olea Estates, from Sparta, Greece has USDA organic certified, first, cold pressed single varietal olive oil from a 160 year old family farm. My husband's great grandfather started this farm and we began importing to the U.S. 6 years ago. All of our olives are handpicked and immediately sent to press.
