So I have been working on ideas of new and exciting things we can do with the team. I wanted to open the floor to also hear your ideas. Things you are looking to get from being a member of this team. Maybe some ideas you have that we can do as a team that in the long run would bring more success to all our stores.
I want to try and put something new out there every week for the team to do and hopfully benefit from. So if you have an idea to bring to the group I am all eyes and ears.
