how do I add a link in my item description

I want to add a link to my shop in my item's description so that people unfamiliar with etsy can easily go see the rest of my shop.

I'm having a hard time figuring out how to do it.

Put the link in the description as a whole url; i.e., http://... It will show up as clickable once you publish your listing.
