Question about Relavancy

I went in and changed my titles to be searched better by my keywords. Now my keywords have to match my title somewhat right? Like if I say Primitive Dog Doll in my title then I should have primitive, dog, doll, primitive dog in my tags correct?
I am still confused a bit about this LOL
