Listing Problem-Please Help!

I have a lady wanting to buy 4 dozen bottles at a reduced price which I have no problem with, but I can't find the information on how to set this up. I have seen in stores here reserved listing, but I can't find the information on how to do. Please Help!

You would have to edit your listing title to 'reserved for...'. Another fancier way is to Photoshop one of the photos to add text like this... http://www.etsy.com/transaction/43683230
