So, I got my first negative feedback today. This person chose "other payment" as an option. I had not realized that she picked this as a form of payment. On my way to the Post Office, I double checked sold orders & realized there was no payment. Obviously, I wasn't going to send her anything without a payment. I then messaged her stating:
"I see that you chose "other" for payment on this order. What option were you thinking for payment?
I was about to go to Post Office today & realized there was nothing on Paypal yet.
Please let me know! Have a good day

One message, that was it! I just looked at my sold orders again & realized that she left me negative feedback saying, " I canceled this order, so please don't send me anymore emails Thank you"
I don't know how she could have left me feedback if she canceled it. (Which, it doesn't say it's canceled). I now obviously have the option for "kiss & makeup".
Suggestions? Just leave it as is? I obviously don't want to have a bad name for myself as I've just started getting numerous sales!!! I feel if I try to do "kiss & makeup" she'll brush it off and be even more "angry".
