International Shipping QUESTION

Hello!
I have recently gotten my first international sale! The buyer is located in London. Usually I ship with USPS priority mail for US customers and enjoy the ease. Does anyone have advice on shipping from LOS ANGELES to LONDON? I was going to use USPS priority which says it will be 16.95. Does that method sound about right? Are there any hidden fees?

We ship internationally all the time. We ship via USPS First Class Mail which is cheaper. It'll take up to 2 weeks to get there and tracking is not available after it leaves LA. You can ship Priority but it's more expensive (and I think it's required with packages over 4lbs - First Class won't be an option over that weight).

We've had a lot of success with First Class Mail. We list in our shop that tracking isn't available and we give the time frame estimate. We offer upgraded shipping for the cost of whatever the buyer wants to choose but we do the cheapest method to save our buyers money.
