So, Question! I normally make my baby booties to order. It's a lot of work for each pair, so I don't have a "stock" set up.
With that being said, I was wondering if anyone in the group does fall/winter craft fairs? I was thinking about doing a few this year, but I've never done any before.
What works?
I'm torn between having display items, and then taking orders and sewing and shipping later, or having a set stock all ready to sell on the spot?
So, should I make them to order, or does that just "not work" for real world fairs?
(Also, how do you "Christmas-ize" your products? :/ I'm at such a loss!)
