I just found this team today :)
After living in Canada for 10 years my husband (Canadian) and I (NZ) have moved to New Zealand ...
I have a questions regarding shipping internationally / New Zealand Post customs forms ...
when sending your items overseas do you just simply fill out the small green customs form (marking your item as merchandise) or do you also fill out the "Export Invoice" form and attach it to your parcels?
I have had different ladies at my local post office tell me different things and now I am so confused!
Also, I noticed on the "Export Invoice" when filling out the name of the recipient you are supposed to put their phone number (but this is not provided when you get an order) so do you then convo/email your buyer and ask them for there phone number or just leave it out?
