i’m looking for a bead.. help?

hi all,
hope someone can help.. i am looking to recreate a pair of earrings that i have - they are junk, bent and tarnished but i love the shape - and i’m looking for a specific bead that i can’t find..
its metal, a flattened, egg/oval-shaped ‘tab’, measuring about 3 or 4mm, with a loop at one end (that threads onto the hoop of the earring, in this case).
any idea what terms/words i should search for? i’m not finding anything close!
