Until lately I have never had problems with shipping. I do not charge a domestic shipping fee. I mo longer ship overseas and am now shipping domestic only. No matter what I do my customers are charged $8 for shipping because somehow the fees are for USA outlying islands. One customer had her order refused and others buy but are charged $8 dollars. I have to keep refunding. I am sure I am losing business. I keep resetting shipping and its what I see on my sight but not what the customer sees when they order. I am at a loss, and obviously I must be doing something wrong. I've been on Etsy for years with no problems until now. Help!
