Just recently saw a post in Forums which mentioned etsyrank.com and I found it really helpful. It's free, and you type in your store name & it will show you how to improve listings, from using all 13 key words, which ones are hot, etc. I messed around with my listings for an hour or so on Monday, then made a sale that evening.
