Hi, all -- Hubby and I are looking at renting an apartment in Imperial Beach with an adjacent, extra, *huge* garage. Thinking about renting it to local artists for studio space. We'd like to rent it to 2-3 artists,. Has parking.
It's about 20 ft high, two cars wide, and about 50 ft deep (front to back)...
It's near Palm Ave and Hwy 75 (1 block from the bike path, new coffee shop, etc). About 12 mins south from downtown San Diego
What do you think would be the going rate ? Has water, you'd furnish shelving etc.
