Oh my goodness this is exactly what I need. I have had my shop since last October and have 35 sales. I have purchased showcases and search ads with zero results. Daily I am added to favorites and get around 100 views but not very many sales. What am I doing wrong?

I don't think you're doing anything wrong, but you could add a few things:

Your shop "look"
- Your banner would be more cohesive with your shop if you displayed a few of your shop items on it. I would recommend the same thing for your shop avatar- maybe replace it with a picture of an item from your shop? It gives potential buyers a "peek" into your shop.

Promote yourself!
- Get a twitter/facebook account and promote yourself outside of Etsy! Consider booking a few ad spaces on blogs you read and have similar styles.

Reach out!
- If you're willing to pay for shipping, offer a giveaway on a blog or product review. It can really help you get your name out there and send traffic your way!

Remember SEO
- Some of your listing titles are too short like this one:

You should add more description, maybe like this:
http://www.etsy.com/listing/75464846/embellished-frame-vintage-jewelry-pearls?ga_search_query=frame&...

It'll help you get found in more searches, and your views will increase!

I will be happy to change my banner but how do I put pictures of my products on there? Is there a site that has easy steps?

Gosh I sure hate to change my avatar photo since those are my two girls. I lost my youngest daughter 7 months ago to a drug overdose. I started making jewelry to keep me from totally losing it and decided to start this business.

I was on my couch one day thinking of how Im going to answer the dreaded question "How many kids do you have?"
With my fist clinched I hit the couch and said "I have 2 girls forever!" And that is how I came up with the name.

So I admit the photo is sentimental to me but I will change it.
