How to reach your consumer?

How do I reach my consumer? We buy good quality materials, we spend time to create our product and putting it on etsy. But there is so much on Etsy.

For example a baby sweater - how do I reach that mom, grandmom, godmom, auntie that would love to buy that precious new born a sweater? How do they know I exist?

Any ideas of how to reach the consumer?
