Question, need some help

Hello team,

I have a possible customer that is requesting a carbon fiber background for a watch parts pen he wants me to craft for him. The problem is, I can't find a place to buy this material and I have never used it before. He wants one of Rollerball Rhodium kits that has two different tubes, so does this mean I need two different size sleeves? Any tips, recommendations or vendors are greatly appreciated.

I think I'd look into vinyl carbon fiber sticker material (found on Ebay) and wrap the tube with that, then complete the blank with the watch parts and acrylic resin.
