Thanks Mike, but it isn't a casting. I turn the cone until I get a decent core to work with, then cut the angle on one end and CA the seed ball to it. Drill and tube, then turn it like it was a very punky piece of wood. CA to stabilize if it "feels" like it's going to explode. CA to finish. I know it's a lot more work that way, but the challenge is half the fun (although the casualty rate can get pretty high).
