I offer free shipping. I have customers that purchase multiple items at different times during the day & Etsy treats them as separate purchases needing separate shipping labels.
I ship all the items using one shipping label together, adjusting weight, package size etc. but I had to buy labels for each item & then request a label refund.
Now It appears I have several overdue shipping packages.
How do I fix this & get the refunded shipping labels off as overdue.
