Self Care/ Soul kits
The idea of helping people take care of themselves has always been on my mind. During my journey through Reiki healing work and through learning about various ways to make more holistic products..I had an idea as to how to bring more light to people. It happened about 4 years ago when I was walking down Hawthorne in Portland on a hot sunny day with a serious need for R & R; and it took me that long to formulate just the right combination of elements to get this project started. Everything is infused to with healing energy and I have various testimonies about my work to follow up with.
Since I have always held the golden rule, "Treat others how you want to be treated", with serious intention, this was the perfect way to fall into alignment. The health and beauty that these kits can help people find is a nurturing and loving way to begin the healing journey in life.
Even though I've had a difficult path in life, and although I seem to handle it with ease, being loving to my mind, body and soul has been the saving gace. Take a moment and think about what you need to do in order to reach your goals, it all starts with prepping your own mind & body and by taking care of it TODAY.
