Multi Pictures placed as one picture

How does one create a listing using multiple pictures as one picture? For example, how do I put 4 pictures of similar items together and have it show as one of the 5 pictures Etsy allows per listing? I've seen this done quite often in other shops and would like to do this as well. Thanks -- Karen

I use fotor.com, a free, user friendly website, to make a collage of the images then upload that as one of the five item images. You can adjust the width x height ratio so it fits the 800 x 1000 box and doesn't get cropped in your shop view. There are a lot of design options as well.

I also have used PicMonkey to do this same this, and it's very easy, great results.
