Getting Feedback

One of the hardest things for those of us just starting our shops is getting feedback. I sold quite a few items before anyone left any feedback and it has been hit and miss since then.

However, I did find something that seemed to help. Last week, I went back through all my old sales and emailed each of my customers with a thank you note and a coupon code. I still haven't had any repeat customers, but several took the time to go back and leave positive feedback.

It might be worth a try if you need some feedback.

Re: Getting Feedback

I send a thank you card with each order.Sometimes for my cards I just use plain paper and sometimes I use gift wrap, the plain side, its cheaper, and sometimes I buy plain cards at a dollar store and cut them in half.Make sure you use plain designed cards for this.Anyway I get feedback and repeat customers.A few have said I loved the little hand written note in their feedback. But you need to leave feed back for your customers to.I just say, thank you for your purchase from my shop is very appreciated, and its a true note.Hope this helps.

Re: Getting Feedback

I send an email to each of my customers letting them know when their package is in the mail. I the message I put, "I just wanted to let you know that I have mailed your package to you. I have also left you feedback for your purchase. Thank you again and enjoy!"

That has really helped since I have started doing that.
