SPF RATING OVER 15 ON CREAMS AND SUCH...

I was told by etsy that-Based upon FDA rulings, SPF claims of 15 and higher are considered medical drug claims that must be monitored by the FDA. And therefore are against etsy regulations.
There are lots of shops that claim a higher then 15 SPF rating....I am so confused, shouldnt we all have the same standards? thoughts?

In addition to s p f, any claim beyond cosmetic appearance is a drug claim.
